Otherwise, the top of teeth will be damaged when the tool is withdrawn, or even can not be turned. The diameter of the tool rod should be larger on the premise of guaranteeing chip removal. 。

   The grinding method of NC lathe tool and the grinding method of clamping internal thread lathe tool are the same as that of the base of external thread lathe tool, but when grinding the sharp angle of the tool, it is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that its bisector is straight with the tool rod, otherwise the tool rod will bump into the inner hole of the workpiece, and the width of the tool tip should meet the requirements. When fixing the tool, it is necessary to rightly find the tip according to the template, otherwise the inverted teeth will appear after turning the tube thread lathe. After fixing the tool, the saddle should be shaken in the inner hole until the end to check whether there will be knocking.
