CNC system is the primary component of CNC equipment, but different CNC equipment has different CNC system, so we need to carry out corresponding daily maintenance according to the corresponding CNC system. Here we introduce some general CNC system maintenance.

   The door of CNC cabinet should be opened as little as possible. The air in machine shop generally contains oil mist, floating dust and even metal powder. Once scattered on printed circuit boards or electronic devices in numerical control equipment, it will simply cause the insulation resistance between components to decrease, and lead to the damage of components and printed circuits. Therefore, unless necessary adjustments and repairs are made, the Ministry promises to open the cabinet door during processing.

   Punctually arrange the heat dissipation and ventilation system of NC equipment. Every day, check whether the cooling fans on the CNC equipment are working properly. Depending on the working environment, check the blockage of air duct filters every six months or every quarter. If the dust accumulates too much on the filter network, it should be sorted out in time, otherwise the temperature in the NC equipment will be too high (the general ministry promises to exceed 60 C), which will make the NC system unable to work reliably, and even cause the phenomenon of overheating alarm.
